Are you a Tax Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Weâre looking for a proactive and commercially minded Tax Manager to join our dynamic Group Tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a complex, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly support strategic decision-making across the business.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, as the Corporate Tax Manager you will be supporting with delivering the corporate tax compliance obligations of the Stellantis UK group while identifying opportunities for process and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- The primary responsibility is to deliver the tax compliance work including preparation of the UK corporate tax returns, managing corporate tax payments and claims and elections for UK Stellantis group entities.
- Completion of tax reporting under UK GAAP for statutory accounts purposes.
- Monthly/quarterly tax accounting/reporting for group purposes.
- Support to deliver the groupâs senior accounting officer sign-off process.
- Support with tax advisory special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
- Keeping technically up to date using resources such as our books online.
- Challenge current practice and driving improvements to our reporting processes.
About the candidate
Weâre looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about tax to join our Stellantis UK Tax Team. As the Corporate Tax Manager youâll be working with a number of stakeholders across the Stellantis business to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the corporate tax compliance. Excellent communication and organisation skills are an essential.
The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA and or CTA qualified with a minimum of 1-2 yearsâ post qualification corporate tax experience. They will preferably, but not necessarily, be Big 4 trained and be a strong team contributor, with enthusiasm and good interpersonal skills. Tax accounting experience is essential. Experience of OneSource Corporate Tax software would be an advantage.
