An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Aftersales Manager to join our team at Stellantis You Manchester. This is a pivotal leadership role within one of our largest aftersales operations, overseeing a team of 30+ colleagues across our main dealership and offsite preparation centre. You'll lead an established technical operation comprising 17 Technicians and 19 ramps, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance across the entire aftersales business. As Senior Aftersales Manager, you will inspire and develop your teams to consistently deliver outstanding results while creating a culture that embodies our values of People, Pride, Performance and Praise.
