An exciting new opportunity has come up here at DEALERSHIP. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our aftersales team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be expected to invoice all warranty claims and ensure all job cards are quality compliant with Stellantis standards.
Role Description:
- Ensure job cards are correctly documented and all paperwork is properly managed and filed correctly to assist with audits.
- Check claims to ensure all claims are paid accordingly.
- Manage all warranty debtors.
- Manage warranty parts return in a timely manner.
- Coach technicians and customer advisors in processes and procedures.
- Inform the Service Manager of any issues in process or quality.
- Assist and support the Finance department in their duties as and when required by the Financial Controller.
- Register all Warranty Policies.
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Warranty Administrator. You need to have strong communication skills and be willing and comfortable speaking with people. You will have demonstrable experience using a Dealer Management System; Autoline experience would be an advantage. You will also be able to work with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
