This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a motor vehicle service and maintenance apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands‑on experience in the automotive industry as a Vehicle Technician. As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will be trained in all areas of vehicle mechanics and electronics, from engine and exhaust systems to air conditioning and security features. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle repair and maintenance area of our aftersales business which will give you a strong foundation and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

You should have a minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted. You are self‑motivated, passionate, and innovative. You have excellent communication skills and can build strong, collaborative relationships with employees and teams across the organisation at all levels. You are organised, good at absorbing information, analysing problems, and you bring a creative mindset to the role.
