An exciting new opportunity has come up here at DEALERSHIP. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our busy sales team. As a Fleet Sales Manager, you will be expected to achieve all sales objectives by maximising opportunities with every customer within the showroom, on the vehicle display, and on the telephone. Comply with the Group sales process for each vehicle prospect and follow up, ensuring that customer details are recorded accurately and in full. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks, complying at all times with Company reporting and other policies. Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding personal and professional conduct.
Role Description
- To achieve, and strive to exceed, all sales objectives, by managing a highly professional, motivated and efficient sales team.
- Work closely with other Line Managers to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales.
- Work effectively within the Dealership team, ensuring industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure all FCA regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Accurately forecast departmental sales.
- Ensure all vehicles are supplied to Fleet users within the company pricing structure.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
To be successful in this role we would like our Fleet Sales Managers to display strong people management skills alongside an understanding of systems and processes, good financial acumen and excellent time management.
