Manufacturer owned dealership opportunity. We are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor.

Role Description:
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of the digitalisation strategy.
- Propose and sell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers within the group.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Estimate repair costs and times.
- Resolve concerns when recommending repairs.
- Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices and process payments.
A Day in the Life: No two days are the same for a Customer Advisor. We’re part of a bigger team while being the face of the department, interacting with everyone in our Aftersales team daily. We greet customers when they visit our showroom and stay connected over the phone, via text and email, providing regular updates. We create work invoices and warranty claims using our in-house computer systems, as well as take and allocate payments. Always on the go, with something to do, the day never drags. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job, offering the opportunity to develop a career.
