We are looking for an Aftersales professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service and developing a team that delivers commercial success! To excel in this role you need to have previous experience working in a busy dealership environment.

Each day brings a unique mix of tasks and a diverse array of customers, keeping the job both challenging and exciting. Daily, I monitor several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that offer insights into our performance and ensure we're on track with our short, medium and long term goals. My ultimate aim is to streamline our customer processing, ensuring it is timely and hassle-free, thereby earning excellent feedback and justifying a fair price for our services. This requires a blend of efficiency and customer satisfaction, which are at the heart of everything we do.

Beyond the numbers, my day revolves around steering the department towards success. This involves leading by example and fostering a supportive environment where every team member feels valued and confident in their roles. I am dedicated to ensuring that no staff member feels overwhelmed or lost, as a cohesive and motivated team is essential for achieving our objectives. This combination of strategic oversight and personal leadership is what makes the role both fulfilling and impactful.
