Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our workshop team.

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our Preston dealership as we’re on the lookout for a Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team.

As a Vehicle Technician you will service and repair vehicles including performing basic diagnostics. We believe in developing you, providing a supportive and engaging place to work and offering training opportunities that keep you up to date with all the latest technologies to progress your career with us.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time.
  • Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and sell‑up opportunities.
  • Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
  • Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards.

Let’s Work together

We are looking for a vehicle technician, service technician, auto‑mechanic or mechanic.

It would be a big plus if you have experience on Stellantis brand products (like Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo). If you don’t have the experience but have a strong interest to learn, we are still interested to speak with you!

  • At a minimum, you will need an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2.
  • If you have the qualifications but have no work experience yet please do get in touch – we have opportunities available.
