Sales Advisor – Stellantis &You UK

Location: Stellantis &You Vauxhall Wimbledon
Contract: Permanent Part Time
Salary: Basic up to £15,000; OTE up to £42,000

Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our dealership team. The role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with customers, providing product training and achieving sales targets. Automotive experience is not required, but strong communication skills and determination to hit targets are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect customer and market data to gain insights into customer needs.
  • Address customer queries promptly and resolve objections.
  • Offer precise and comprehensive quotations, with accurate cost calculations.
  • Showcase supplementary services, including financing options, insurance, accessories and service plans.
  • Engage in negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms of sale and agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good communication skills and determination to achieve targets.
• No prior automotive experience required; full UK driving licence mandatory.
• Willingness to attend product training at our Performance Academy and induction program.
