A Day in the Life of a Used Car Sales Manager
We always kick off the day with a morning meeting. I believe that having interactive, fun meetings works best. I like to include refreshers like product presentations and quizzes to keep the team up to date with the latest offers and releases. Once our showroom is neat and tidy, it’s down to business where I support the Sales Team to maximise their day and provide quality customer service.
Enquiries are actioned quickly to provide a top-quality experience. The sales side of things usually works around admin tasks, including completing Profit and Loss sheets, maintaining delivery documents, and reporting financial forecasts. It’s important to ensure all admin is correct so we can focus on selling and looking after customers.
I believe in treating every customer like family, which encourages our team to go the extra mile. Regular 1 on 1’s are carried out to monitor the performance of the Sales Team.
