Role Summary

Position: Customer Advisor (Maternity Cover)

Location: Stellantis &You Peugeot Manchester

Contract: Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: Up to £27,300 basic salary, OTE £35,000

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of the digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefings and follow-up contacts.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve concerns when repairs are suggested.
• Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
