This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a customer service apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Advisor. As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will learn how to identify a customer’s needs and interests, advise customers, promote the features and benefits of vehicles, and negotiate sales. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the sales business which will provide you with a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.
Are you the ONE? You should have a minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted. You are a self‑motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You are organised and are good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.
