Customer Relations Co-ordinator (Midlands/North)

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at DEALERSHIP. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our parts team. As a Customer Relations Coordinator you will act in all matters on behalf of the Customer Relations activity, alongside this you will be responsible for processing orders and customer complaints, planning, initiating and promoting CSI initiatives with the operating manager.

Role Description

  • Examine all major transactions weekly to determine and propose how customer service may be improved.
  • Work with the Parts and Accessories Sales Manager and the Warehouse and Logistics Manager to ensure agreed levels of customer service are maintained and all SLAs are adhered to.
  • Monitor the quality of customer service using relevant market intelligence.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial legislation, Health and Safety, and internal safety procedures.
  • Identify gaps in product knowledge of vehicles, accessories, exchange units and superseded parts and notify the Operations Manager.
  • Provide advice and assistance to team members.

To excel in this Customer Relations Coordinator position, previous experience in a Parts role within a different automobile network is required. A full driving licence and computer skills (word processing, databases, email, and internet) are also required.
