Driver Role Overview: An exciting new opportunity has come up here at Manchester. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our dealership team.

As a Driver you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and identifying all vehicles delivered on transporters, checking for damage on delivery and ensuring all keys and book packs are stored in the appropriate designated area.
• Identifying damage to vehicles and missing items and following the damage and discrepancy procedure, filling out the forms to claim back through Gefco and our warranty system with our warranty administrator.
• Working with the used car sales manager in the maintenance and prices of the used cars stored on the pitch.
• Offering flexibility to ensure all roles within the Sales, Fleet, Service, Rental Departments such as fuelling vehicles for delivery, P.D.I., daily tax runs to Post Office and DVLA.
• Collecting and delivering customers' vehicles punctually and carefully ensuring a full inspection is carried out on the vehicle before and after delivery.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, by ensuring the timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles.
• Maximising additional service, sales, parts, rental opportunities by actively promoting all departments.
• Effectively working within the dealership team to always ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
