Stellantis &You UK in Birmingham is seeking a Call Centre Operator at our Parts West Midlands hub (Bromford Gate, DC5 Prologis Park). You will meet all order deadlines under your line manager and work with other departments to ensure customers’ needs are met.
You will become an expert in OE and Aftermarket products, use your strong communication and telephone manner to sell and upsell, and ensure invoicing accuracy.
