This programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a customer service apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands‑on experience in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor.

As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will develop the ability to build relationships with our internal and external customers, order, sell and manage stock control on a wide range of parts and accessories, ensuring our workshops run smoothly by ensuring the correct parts are available and deliver first‑class customer service. This programme aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the parts and aftersales business which will provide you with a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

Role Description

  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Propose and sell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
  • Create a seamless parts and admin process.
  • Receive parts from Hub via shipment processing.
  • Monitor parts stock levels and inform Hub if attention is required.
  • Order parts with technicians on warranty or complex diagnostic repairs.
  • Manage and invoice internal job cards for new and used cars.
  • Chase back ordered parts, ensure all relevant customer care cases and mobility claims are in place to reduce downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare warranty claims, prior approvals and invoices.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day running and maintenance of the workshop.
  • Instruct on warranty parts returns, destruction and surcharge note creation.
  • Internal authorisation, invoicing and status updates with workshop.
