Role: Aftersales Support Advisor in our Coventry dealership team. Primary focus is to carry out online VHC selling to help dealers maximise retail gross profit and improve workshop efficiency, elevating the customer experience at S&Y UK.
Responsibilities
- Complete service plan renewals
- Conduct CSI follow-up calls
- Engage in general aftersales activities to help dealers maximise NPS returns and Service Plan sales
- Prioritise, communicate, and sell identified “Red” work following technician reports to maximise upsell opportunities
- Support dealership teams with customer satisfaction and retention initiatives and assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery

We are looking for an Aftersales professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service and developing a team that delivers commercial success. You will be an effective communicator, proactive, and confident in selling over the phone.
A basic level of technical knowledge is advantageous, enabling you to explain vehicle reports clearly to customers. You will be the first point of contact after technician reports and will prioritise, communicate, and sell identified work to maximise upsell opportunities.
Success in this role requires strong objection handling, the ability to think on your feet, and the flexibility to offer tailored payment solutions to meet customer needs.
Additional responsibilities include supporting dealership teams with customer satisfaction and retention initiatives and assisting with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
