Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to cultivate strong relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Collect customer and market data to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Address customer queries promptly and resolve objections effectively.
- Provide accurate quotations, including cost calculations, and present supplementary services (financing, insurance, accessories, service plans).
- Negotiate terms of sale and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications
- A full valid UK driving licence is required.
- A minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience is required.
- OTE elements and commission structure described as part of the package.
