Stellantis &You Sales & Electric Vehicle Sales Apprentice
This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a customer service apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Advisor.

As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will learn how to identify a customer’s needs and interests, advise customers, promote the features and benefits of vehicles, and negotiate sales. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the sales business which will provide you with a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to identify a customer’s needs and interests and advise customers accordingly.
- Promote the features and benefits of vehicles and negotiate sales.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the sales process to support informed decision‑making and customer management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, National 4 or above in English and Maths, and either a Science or Technical subject, are acceptable. Standard Grades 1–4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
- You are self-motivated, passionate, innovative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation. You are organised, able to absorb information, and good at analysing problems with a creative mindset.
