This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a motor vehicle service and maintenance apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a Vehicle Technician. As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will be trained in all areas of vehicle mechanics and electronics, from engine and exhaust systems to air conditioning and security features. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle repair and maintenance area of our aftersales business which will provide you with a strong foundation and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.
Are you the ONE?
You should have a minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You are organised and are good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.
