This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a customer service apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a Customer Advisor.
As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will develop the ability to interpret customer and business needs using technology and resources to deliver first-class customer service. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the aftersales business which will provide you with a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service by interpreting customer needs and using technology and resources to resolve inquiries.
- Contribute to the aftersales process and support the growth of the organisation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
- Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organisation.
