You will need to be an experience Vehicle Technician (ideally from a main dealer/franchise environment); Have relevant formal qualification (NVQ Level 3 / IMI / City & Guilds); Ability to work within defined processes and guidelines, and to promote best practice throughout the workshop; An MOT license would be highly advantageous, but not essential; A confident driver with a full UK driving license.
