Are you a confident relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a passion for driving sales performance? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team in a field-based role across Sussex and Kent. In this position, you’ll act as the key point of contact for retailers, driving financial services performance and influencing results across your region. You’ll play a vital role in maximising finance penetration, strengthening partnerships, and delivering against ambitious targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving new and used vehicle finance performance across B2C and B2B channels.
- Managing retailer relationships and acting as the lead contact for vehicle finance.
- Delivering against sales targets, profitability goals, and performance objectives.
- Negotiating and overseeing annual retailer agreements and commitments.
- Conducting regular performance reviews with retailer leadership teams and implementing action plans.
- Identifying opportunities to improve underperforming retailers and driving measurable improvements.
- Promoting finance, insurance, and mobility products to maximise revenue streams.
- Acting as the first point of contact for wholesale lending and quality-related matters.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance retailer performance and customer outcomes.
- Maintaining strong communication, reporting, and visit planning to support effective territory management.
