Are you an organised, relationship‑driven problem solver with a passion for finding great talent? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with colleagues across the business, and play a key part in shaping the candidate experience at Stellantis Financial Services UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with colleagues to understand and prioritise hiring needs
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Prepare offer documents and support onboarding
  • Manage advertising channels and agency relationships
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
  • Support recruitment tools, assessments, and compliance
  • Contribute to employer brand and process improvements
  • Provide flexible support to the wider HR Operations team

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle – essential.
  • Experience sourcing directly through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter – essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with recruitment systems, databases, and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a calm approach under pressure.
  • CIPD qualification – desirable.
