The Responsibilities of a Specialised Management Advisor
Are you an excellent communicator with a talent for building rapport and negotiating effectively? We are recruiting a Specialised Management Advisor to join our Collections team. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting our vulnerable customers to resolve billing issues. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
As a Specialised Management Advisor, you’ll identify customers’ needs and requirements, gaining a clear understanding of their current and future financial capabilities. You’ll be key in making sure all vulnerable customer accounts are processed and managed correctly and all records are kept up to date.
What will set you apart?
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer services, ideally in a collections department. You’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to empathise with customers.
This is an office-based role, but you’ll also enjoy a balance of working from home.
