Are you an organised, relationship-driven problem solver with a passion for finding great talent? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with colleagues across the business, and play a key part in shaping the candidate experience at Stellantis Financial Services UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with colleagues to understand and prioritise hiring needs
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
- Prepare offer documents and support onboarding
- Manage advertising channels and agency relationships
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Support recruitment tools, assessments, and compliance
- Contribute to employer brand and process improvements
- Provide flexible support to the wider HR Operations team
Who we’re looking for

- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle – essential.
- Experience sourcing directly through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter – essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment systems, databases, and reporting tools.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a calm approach under pressure.
- CIPD qualification – desirable.
