We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to join Stellah Entertainment. This role involves traveling to our studios and various events throughout the spring and summer festivals, festive season, and New Year's productions. The Creative Director will be responsible for providing live PA, filming, audio, and visual production services, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of creativity and quality.

Requirements- Extensive Experience in Audio‑Visual Production: Proven track record in directing and producing live events, music videos, and TV broadcasts. Expertise in operating and overseeing PA systems, filming equipment, and visual production tools. Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and video editing techniques to create compelling visual narratives.
- Creative Vision and Leadership: Ability to conceptualise and execute innovative ideas that align with Stellah Entertainment's brand and client objectives. Experience leading creative teams, including videographers, sound engineers, lighting technicians, and production staff. Excellent communication skills to convey creative concepts and direct teams effectively.
- Flexibility and Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel extensively during peak seasons, including spring and summer festivals, festive season, and New Year's events. Adaptability to work in various environments and manage on‑site production challenges efficiently. Strong organisational skills to coordinate travel logistics and production schedules.
- Technical Proficiency and Problem‑Solving Skills: In‑depth knowledge of the latest audio‑visual production technologies and software. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on‑site and ensure smooth execution of live productions. Keen attention to detail to maintain the highest quality standards in all projects.
