Overview
Reporting to Digital Trading Manager, the Digital Trading Assistant will assist and support the eCommerce team in supporting the strategies /objectives in terms of new product launches, distribution strategy, sales animation and product offer. You will also maximize sales opportunities by analysing the client interests and visual merchandise the site accordingly.
The role will oversee and gain a wide understanding and involvement across all aspects of eCommerce, including; merchandising, trading, analytics.
Your Mission

  • Responsible for collection uploads via Excel and Akeneo PIM, which includes copy, translations and image upload.
  • Assist in maintaining the catalogue and attribution categories that reflect current strategy. This includes regular web-merchandising updates.
  • Adhoc website support and administration such as competitor analysis, ensuring product filters and categories are fine-tuned.
  • Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site.
  • Creating collections in Farfetch, including uploading barcodes and geo pricing
  • Liaising with external and internal teams concerning licencing, imagery, copywriting and translations.
