Your Mission
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, the People Administrator will act as a trusted partner to the wider People Team, providing end-to-end support across the entire employee lifecycle for both the UK and Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR, gaining broad exposure to every aspect of People partnering from employee lifecycle management and HR operations to recruitment, projects, organisational changes, reporting and people processes.
Working closely with the People Partners, this role offers the opportunity to become involved in a wide variety of HR initiatives, making it an ideal stepping stone towards a future HR Generalist or HR Business Partner career.
People Administration
- Support the People Partners in delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage employee documentation including contracts, references, probation letters, salary changes, promotions, family leave documentation and leaver administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS (Workday), ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times.
- Produce regular HR reports and people analytics to support business decision making and workforce planning.
- Maintain organisational charts and support organisational changes across the business.
- Provide accurate administrative support during employee relations processes, including meeting preparation and note taking where required.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
- Support HR compliance activities and maintain accurate employee files in line with legal requirements.
- Assist with recruitment activities for entry-level and early career positions, including candidate screening, interview scheduling and recruitment administration.
- Support the delivery of People projects and wider HR initiatives across the business.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Support the Global Payroll & Benefits Manager throughout the payroll cycle, including preparing commission files and retail management bonus files, issuing P45s and final payslips to leavers.
- Respond to routine payroll and benefits queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Provide administrative support for benefits processes and liaise with external providers when required.
Other Responsibilities
- Support the BP team with legally required paperwork for Paris Fashion Week.
- Provide administrative support across wider People projects.
- Support the BP Team with the UK Internship and Work Experience programme.
- Own the global Clothing Allowance administration process from communication through to distribution.
Your Talent:
- Ideally at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in HR.
- Desirable to have experience / basic understanding of payroll.
- Fluent in English, Italian is desirable.
- Operates with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Demonstrable experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS, and able to use MS Excel effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Comfortable operating at pace.
