The Role

As Key Account Manager UK, you will play a key role in expanding Dunlop’s position in the UK. You will manage and develop strategic key accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities. Acting as a trusted partner to your customers, you will translate their needs into tailored solutions that add real value. You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain and customer service to ensure excellent execution and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth across the UK.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities with a primary focus on the Food and Construction sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and product development) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Represent Dunlop at trade shows, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track market trends, and report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

Profile

  • Minimal Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) products.
  • Capable of building up a strong network and customer relationship within the market segment and sales area.
  • Proven experience in contract management and commercial discussions is required.
  • Willingness to travel (30‑50%).
  • Preferably native UK and based in England, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
