  • Lead the integration of brand and demand across channel, media, creative, content and messaging to drive growth.
  • Own contact reports after every client meeting and lead the status meeting rhythm across your accounts.
  • Manage resourcing across your projects - plan team capacity, flag conflicts early and keep delivery on track.
  • Own scope and SOW management - identify and escalate scope creep to protect the agency's commercial interests.
  • Coordinate multi-channel delivery across cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • Drive efficient ways of working and champion AI-enabled delivery improvements across your accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5-7 years in an agency environment, with a strong track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Solid understanding of integrated B2B marketing, ABM principles, digital channels and B2B buyer journeys.
  • Project Management: Confident owning end-to-end delivery - timelines, resourcing, budgets and scope management.
  • Client Leadership: Skilled at managing senior stakeholders, navigating creative and client dynamics, and building long-term trust.
  • Commercial Awareness: Experience tracking budgets, burn rates and flagging scope creep to protect commercial interests.
  • People Skills: Natural coach and collaborator - able to support junior team members while confidently influencing upwards.
  • Drive & Passion: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful business impact and top-tier creative solutions.
