You’ll support media campaigns for Fortune 500 brands across technology, healthcare, financial services, and more, working alongside some of the industry’s most advanced thinkers. This role puts you in the engine room of global B2B campaigns - managing reporting, coordinating with media vendors, and ensuring every campaign runs on time and on budget alongside a senior planning team.
What You’ll Do- You’ll be a critical part of the media planning team, responsible for campaign reporting, vendor coordination, and day‑to‑day execution.
- You’ll work closely with Senior Planners and Media Directors to keep campaigns moving and surface insights that improve performance.
- Develop B2B media plans in collaboration with Senior Planners and Director, including channel mix, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
- Own campaign reporting across all active accounts, pulling data from platforms, synthesizing performance, and delivering clear, actionable reports to the planning team and clients.
- Manage media vendor relationships day to day, including IO processing, insertion orders, creative trafficking, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor campaign pacing and flag delivery issues early, coordinating with vendors and ad ops to resolve.
- Execute and manage campaigns in LinkedIn.
- Assist with billing reconciliation and budget tracking to ensure accurate spend management each quarter.
- 2-3 years of media planning or media buying experience, with B2B exposure preferred.
- Strong reporting experience with hands‑on experience pulling and analyzing campaign data across platforms.
- Comfortable managing vendor relationships and comfortable with the mechanics of IOs, trafficking, and delivery management.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills; you can keep multiple campaigns on track simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and follows through.
- Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in how B2B media strategy connects to business outcomes.
This role builds toward Senior Media Planner. You’ll gain increasing exposure to client‑facing strategy, media plan development, and partner innovation, all within a practice that’s actively growing.
