About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is a varied, hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across all areas of the employee lifecycle while partnering closely with senior leaders to support our people strategy. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you will play a key role in delivering HR initiatives that support employee engagement, development, wellbeing, and business performance. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating positive employee experiences.
