Stefanutti Stocks Africa is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Regional Quality Assurance Manager to join our Africa Operations team. This role will provide leadership and oversight of quality management systems across regional projects, ensuring consistent compliance with specifications, standards, and client requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Working closely with Regional Leadership, Managing Directors, and Project Teams, the Regional Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust quality assurance and control processes across all project sites. The role requires strong site engagement, cross-border collaboration, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and risk management.
The successful incumbent will play a key role in strengthening quality governance, driving compliance with ISO standards, reducing defects, and enhancing overall project delivery and client satisfaction across the region. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate effectively in complex, multi-site construction environments across Africa.
