This is a 12 month fixed term role. We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Project Coordinator to support and drive the execution of enterprise-scale technology programs, including infrastructure upgrades, global device lifecycle management, and cross-regional deployments. This role demands a proactive leader with strong organizational acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of high-impact projects such as Next Generation migration, hosted desktop rollouts, and regional IT deployments.
- Manage cross-functional task ownership, ensuring alignment across technical teams and business units.
- Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies using enterprise tools (e.g., Management Studio, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI).
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare executive-level dashboards, and maintain project documentation.
- Oversee device lifecycle activities including procurement, build scheduling, decommissioning, and compliance tracking.
- Support regional coordination for floor refurbishments, desk checkouts, and infrastructure readiness.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management across global teams.
- Collaborate with resource managers and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Maintain action trackers and ensure timely updates from contributors across time zones.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of project coordination practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or program support within a large enterprise or global organization preferably in the finance sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region projects with competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, device lifecycle, and enterprise support models.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Management Studio, Power BI, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to synthesize technical updates into executive-level reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating with vendors.
- Familiarity with hosted desktop environments, VDI, and Windows OS deployments and Next Gen Devices.
- Exposure to enterprise change management and CAB processes.
