We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Windows 11 Support & Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting users through the full integration process, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional service in a high-pressure, financial environment. This role will also involve post-migration support, technical deskside assistance, and collaboration with project teams to meet strict deadlines and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support & Integration
- Support users through the full integration and migration process to Windows 11.
- Provide post-migration assistance and ensure user satisfaction.
- Deliver training and build strong relationships with end users.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Build and rebuild devices to meet Windows 11 specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11-related issues.
- Complete deskside and technical support queries as required.
- Support the Project team with tasks, pilots, and initiatives.
- Attend team calls and contribute to discussions on best practices.
- Work to meet weekly and monthly targets within defined deadlines.
- Provide out-of-hours support when agreed in advance to support project milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience supporting clients in a financial environment.
- Strong background in Windows 11 troubleshooting and integration.
- Excellent track record of delivering customer service-based support.
- Experience managing technical issues and prioritizing according to business impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-focused approach.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
