We are recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor Associate and a Senior Solicitor & Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Experience running your own caseload in Court of Protection s21A MCA 2005 cases
- Solid experience supervising and training staff for a Supervisor position
- Mental Health and/or ALR Accreditation desirable
- A qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer holding a clean practising certificate
- It is desirable for the candidate to hold a Law Society accreditation in Mental Health or Court of Protection
- Experience in Mental Health or Court of Protection
- Experience of Court of Protection work in s21A MCA 2005 matters
- Supervisor status desirable
Remuneration:
£40,000 - £55,000 dependent on PQE, experience and accreditations held. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience and accreditations held. The remuneration package includes the company bonus scheme, company pension scheme and 25 days annual leave.
