We are currently recruiting for a Registered Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team. Key Responsibilities of a Nurse
- Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Deliver hands-on person-centred care
- Maintain accurate records with our electronic care plans
- Safe administration of medication
- Assess, Plan, Implement and Evaluate care through developing individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents
- Ensure Residents receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect
- Involvement in working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Lead and supervise a team of care workers, including undertaking supervisions & appraisals
To succeed as a Nurse you will be:
