We are currently recruiting for a Registered Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team.

Key Responsibilities of a Nurse

  • Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct
  • Deliver hands-on person-centred care
  • Maintain accurate records with our electronic care plans
  • Safe administration of medication
  • Assess, Plan, Implement and Evaluate care through developing individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents
  • Ensure Residents receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect
  • Involvement in working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Lead and supervise a team of care workers, including undertaking supervisions & appraisals To succeed as a Nurse you will be
  • Registered with the NMC and hold a valid PIN
  • A team player who engages well with others
