Pleased to work on behalf of a leading Deal Advisory team in Belfast who, due to deal flow, are looking to add a Corporate Finance professional with 3+ years M&A experience, obtained in Dublin, Belfast or London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading team.

Role:

  • Contribute to buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements across various sectors.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience in M&A Deal Advisory in Dublin, Belfast or London
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
