Pleased to work on behalf of a leading Deal Advisory team in Belfast who, due to deal flow, are looking to add a Corporate Finance professional with 3+ years M&A experience, obtained in Dublin, Belfast or London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading team.
Role:
- Contribute to buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements across various sectors.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Candidate:
- 3+ years experience in M&A Deal Advisory in Dublin, Belfast or London
- Qualified ACA/ACCA
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
