The Role:
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll play a key role in our repair process. You\’ll be responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing repair costs, and producing accurate repair estimates using Audatex. You’ll work closely with the workshop and customer service teams to ensure that repair processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess damage and produce repair estimates using Audatex.
- Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers regarding assessments and authorisations.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure smooth repair planning.
- Ensure all estimates and associated paperwork are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain strong communication and uphold our values throughout the repair journey.
About You:
- Experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (ATA or NVQ/IMI equivalent preferred).
- Skilled in using Audatex estimating software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
