About the Role:
As a VDA, you\’ll be the vital link between our customers, insurers, and workshop teams. Using your technical expertise, you\’ll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and ensure every vehicle is restored to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar estimating systems
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and insurers regarding repair costs and authorisations
- Support the workshop team with technical guidance on repair methods and timelines
- Ensure compliance with BS10125 standards and internal quality control procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
What We’re Looking For:
- ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent in Vehicle Damage Assessment
- Proficient in using Audatex and bodyshop management systems
