Location: Solihull, B37 7YN

Working Pattern: Weekend Shifts (FNOL Team) - 20 Hours Per Week

  • Friday – 4-hour shift
  • Saturday – 8-hour shift
  • Sunday – 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and supporting the weekend FNOL Customer Service team
  • Monitoring workflow and ensuring customer enquiries and tasks are completed effectively
  • Supporting team performance and maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Assisting with escalated customer queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Overseeing outbound customer communication and ensuring updates are provided in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and maintaining progress logs and system updates for accuracy
  • Coaching and supporting team members to ensure service and operational standards are achieved
  • Working closely with wider operational teams to ensure smooth customer journeys

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Confident working within a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Positive leadership approach with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • Experience within automotive, claims handling, customer service or contact centre environments would be beneficial, but not essential
