We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our FNOL (First Notification of Loss) team, supporting our weekend operation with flexible Saturday and Sunday shift patterns.
This is a computer-based, customer-focused role where you'll play an important part in keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth experience from the start of their repair journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending image request links to customers to support claims and repair assessments
- Updating customer records and progress logs accurately within internal systems
- Making outbound calls to provide customers with repair updates and progress information
- Maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the customer journey
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and ensuring information is updated accurately
- Delivering excellent customer service and building confidence with customers during the repair process
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using computers and working across multiple systems
- Good attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous customer service, administration or call handling experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided
