We are looking for an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead our Darlington site to success, delivering exceptional results for both our customers and our team.
As Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the site’s performance. You will lead your team to exceed financial targets, deliver outstanding repair quality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong balance of commercial awareness, operational control, and people-focused leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Drive site performance to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
