We are looking for a Fleet Customer Delivery Driver to join our team and play a key role in supporting our fleet customers. This is a customer-facing role where you will be the face of Komoo when collecting and delivering vehicles. You will ensure every interaction reflects our brand values, providing a professional and personable service while building strong relationships with our fleet partners.

As a Fleet Driver, you will:

  • Collect and deliver vehicles safely and efficiently between Komoo sites and fleet partners.
  • Complete professional vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are satisfied with the vehicle condition and experience.
  • Build positive working relationships with fleet partners through regular, professional communication and excellent customer service.
  • Act as a representative of the Komoo brand, creating a positive customer experience at every interaction.
  • Request and capture customer feedback during vehicle handovers and share insights with the wider Komoo team.
  • Escalate any customer concerns, queries or issues promptly to ensure they are managed effectively.
  • Complete vehicle checks before collection and delivery, reporting any issues or damage appropriately.
  • Ensure all vehicle movements are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Support wider operational requirements, including vehicle movements and site support when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a driving, delivery or customer-facing role.
  • A full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and business partners.
  • A professional, approachable and reliable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking vehicles and completing handovers.
  • Someone who takes pride in representing a trusted automotive brand.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to raise concerns and provide feedback to support service improvements.
