We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join our Sheffield team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers both in person and over the phone
  • Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems with attention to detail
  • Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, reception, or service advisor role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Confident IT user with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
