This newly created position will play a pivotal role in supporting our operational teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, achieve work provider targets, and drive continuous improvement across multiple repair centres.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and month-to-date performance reports, clearly highlighting how each site is performing against work provider SLAs and key operational metrics.
- Identify repair jobs that are in breach of work provider SLAs and proactively communicate findings to Regional and Site Managers, providing practical recommendations to improve performance and reduce cycle times.
- Compile and distribute monthly regional performance packs, delivering detailed analysis of results, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and participate in regular Microsoft Teams meetings with Regional and Site Managers to:
- Review performance data and trends
- Identify priority focus areas
- Develop and document clear, measurable action plans.
- Attend and contribute to monthly review meetings with work providers, particularly where sites are underperforming, using data and performance insight to support discussions and drive improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of agreed actions, ensuring performance improvements are sustained and corrective measures are implemented where required.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.
- Support the delivery of regional and business-wide performance objectives through proactive engagement with operational stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for an experienced accident repair professional who combines strong analytical capability with a thorough understanding of bodyshop operations.
You will be comfortable working with performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical actions that deliver measurable improvements across multiple sites.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Significant experience within the accident repair industry, with a strong understanding of repair centre operations and performance drivers.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience producing and presenting performance reports to operational and senior management teams.
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and build effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional network.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with performance reporting tools.
