What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out machine polishing to remove blemishes, imperfections, and surface defects
• Refining paintwork to achieve a flawless, high-gloss finish
• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets Steer Automotive Group’s quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety guidelines
• Supporting the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a polish technician, detailer, or in a similar vehicle finishing role
• Strong knowledge of polishing techniques, paint correction, and finishing products
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• A commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
