We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Technician to join our high-performing team at our Borehamwood site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out high-quality structural and panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Using modern repair methods, equipment, and manufacturer standards to deliver safe and accurate results.
- Working collaboratively with other technicians and departments to ensure vehicles are returned on time and in pristine condition.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service in line with Steer’s core values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment.
- ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to improve and innovate.
