We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Technician to join our high-performing team at our Borehamwood site.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out high-quality structural and panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Using modern repair methods, equipment, and manufacturer standards to deliver safe and accurate results.
  • Working collaboratively with other technicians and departments to ensure vehicles are returned on time and in pristine condition.
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service in line with Steer’s core values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment.
  • ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to improve and innovate.
